I Cathy Todd hereafter referred to as Seller, take a $350.00  NON REFUNDABLE deposit of the amount stated above, 
on the puppy described above. The deposit is a promise to buy the puppy.  
If for any reason the buyer changes his/her mind on the selected puppy, buyer will 
have the option to choose another puppy from the same litter.  (SELECTION  WILL BE BASED ON AVAILABILITY)  
If puppy is being shipped, all shipping cost, (Health certificate, crate and travel expenses)
and any remaining balance of puppy price must be received 1 week before scheduled shipment of puppy.

***IT IS AGREED THAT PUPPY IS BEING PURCHASED AS A PET NO BREEDING RIGHTS WILL BE GRANTED.
PUPPY IS SOLD WITH A LIMITED REGISTRATION STATUS MEANING PUPPY CAN NOT BE BRED OR
SHOWN IN ANY AKC SPONSORED SHOWS).   Puppy will be ALTERED MEANING SPAYED OR NEUTERED
BY AGE NO LATER THAN 8 MONTHS OLD,  BY SIGNING BELOW YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE
LIMITED REGISTRATION AND THE ALTERATION AND YOU UNDERSTAND THE CONDITIONS OF THE
SALE OF THIS PUPPY.  ALSO NO AKC PAPERS WILL BE SIGNED OVER TO BUYER UNTIL A
WRITTEN LETTER FROM A LICENSED VETERNARIAN ON HIS/HER LETTER HEAD IS RECEIVED BY
SELLER STATEING THAT THE ALTERATION  (SPAY/NEUTER) HAS BEEN PERFORMED.

It is agreed that the puppy will be picked up or shipped on the date stated above.

If the buyer is unable to adhere to the pick up or ship date, buyer must contact

the seller within 48 hours prior to pick up/ship date to reschedule a new pick

up/ship date. If the buyer fails to contact seller within the stated time puppy

will be made available to another buyer.. 


***(IMPORTANT)***

If puppy is being shipped buyer must notify seller 48 hrs

in advance to reschedule flight    

All deposit money is non-refundable.  

The puppy’s health is guaranteed for 7 days after pick/ship date for disease.

Puppy is guaranteed for 1 year for hereditary life threatening defects.

Puppy must be taken to a licensed veterinarian within 24/48 hours of pick up for

a health check. It is required by breeder to follow the following shot schedule.  Your

puppy will already have its 8 week shots. Puppy is required to have 12 and 16 week

boosters this booster must include Parvo and NOT INCLUDE LEPTOSPIRA.

If buyer neglects to do so no health guarantee will not be honored.
